Your First Visit: What to Expect, Start to Finish
If you have never been to a spa before, the uncertainty is usually about the practical bits rather than the treatment. Here is the whole thing, plainly.

Booking, or not
Walk-ins are welcome at any hour — we are open 24 hours a day, every day of the year. If a room is free, your session can start shortly after you arrive.
Call or WhatsApp ahead if you want a specific therapist, the couples room, or you are working against a flight or a meeting. That is the only situation where booking genuinely changes anything.
Arriving
The address is Office No. 118, Defence Enclave, Adjoining Aerocity, Mahipalpur. Give a driver the full line rather than a generic 'Mahipalpur' pin, which drops on the highway. There is on-site parking at all hours.
Allow about fifteen minutes on top of your treatment length — a few minutes to arrive and change, the consultation, and some quiet time at the end.
The consultation
Before the session your therapist will ask about problem areas, any recent travel or training, pressure preference, and any medical conditions or pregnancy. That last part is not a formality — it determines whether a treatment gets adjusted or advised against.
You can also ask for a male or female therapist. Both are available around the clock; just say so when you call or on arrival.
What you wear, and draping
Come in whatever is comfortable. Disposable undergarments and towels are provided for oil treatments. Thai massage and reflexology are done fully clothed, so nothing changes there.
Draping is used throughout an oil treatment — only the area being worked on is uncovered. Treatment rooms are private and closed.
Afterwards
There is a rest period built in, particularly after a Banya or a deep tissue session. Use it. Drink water, especially after any heat treatment.
There is no pressure to rebook on the way out. A first visit takes 10% off any single session; if you decide to come regularly, four booked sessions cost the price of three.
