1. Who we are

This website, mayrarussianspa.com, is run by Russian Spa, Office No. 118, Defence Enclave, Adjoining Aerocity, Mahipalpur, New Delhi 110037. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Russian Spa. “You” means anyone who visits this website or contacts us to book a service.

This policy explains what information we collect, why, and the choices you have. It is written to follow India’s Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

2. What this website does not collect

You can browse this website without giving us any personal information. This website:

• does not set any cookies of its own, so there is no cookie banner (the Google Map on our Contact page is the one exception, explained below);
• does not ask for or record your location (no GPS, no location pop-up);
• does not use analytics or advertising trackers such as Google Analytics or the Facebook Pixel;
• does not have user accounts, logins or online forms;
• does not take online payments, so we never see your card or bank details on this website.

3. Information we collect

When you call, WhatsApp or email us. To arrange a booking we may receive your name, phone number, the messages you send, the service you want and your preferred date and time. If you choose a hotel visit, we also receive the hotel name and room number.

Health notes you choose to share. We may ask about pregnancy, injuries, allergies, skin conditions, blood pressure or heart conditions so your therapist can keep the session safe. Sharing this is your choice. We use it only for your session and do not share it with anyone else.

When you pay at the spa. Payment is made after your session by UPI, card or cash. UPI and card payments are processed by your bank or payment app. We receive only a payment confirmation, never your full card number or PIN.

Basic server logs. Like almost every website, our hosting provider automatically records technical details of each visit, such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. These logs are used only to keep the website secure and working. We do not use them to identify you.

4. How we use your information

We use the information you give us only to:

• confirm, change or cancel your booking, and remind you about it;
• answer your questions and give you directions;
• deliver your treatment safely;
• keep billing records required by Indian tax law;
• deal with any complaint or legal requirement.

We do not send marketing messages unless you ask us to. You can reply “STOP” at any time and we will stop.

5. Third-party services

Some parts of this website and our booking process use services run by other companies. They handle your information under their own privacy policies:

• WhatsApp (Meta) when you message us on WhatsApp;
• Google Fonts, which loads the fonts on this website. Your browser connects to Google’s servers to download them, so Google can see your IP address;
• Google Maps, which shows the map on our Contactpage. When that page loads, your browser connects to Google, which may set its own cookies under Google’s policy;
• our hosting provider, which serves this website and keeps the basic server logs described above;
• your bank or UPI app when you pay.

6. Sharing your information

We never sell, rent or tradeyour personal information. We share it only when the law requires it, for example in response to a valid request from the police, a court or a government authority, or when it is needed to protect someone’s safety.

7. How long we keep it

• Booking details and chat messages: only for as long as needed to serve you, then deleted.
• Health notes: only for your visit, unless you ask us to remember them for future visits.
• Billing records: for as long as Indian tax law requires.

8. Keeping it safe

Only staff who need your details to handle your booking can see them. We take reasonable steps to protect your information from loss, misuse or unauthorised access. No method of storing or sending information is completely secure, but we do our best to protect it.

9. Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to:

• tell you what personal information we hold about you;
• correct or update it;
• delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it;
• withdraw any consent you gave us;
• nominate someone to use these rights on your behalf.

10. Children

Our services are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has shared their details with us, please contact us and we will delete them.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated at the top.

12. Contact and grievances

For any question or complaint about privacy, contact us using the details below. We aim to acknowledge every complaint within 7 days.
