Before you visit.
No. Walk-ins are welcome any time. For same-day bookings, calling ahead is helpful so we can have a room ready when you arrive. For couples packages and Banya sessions, we recommend booking at least 1 hour ahead.
Yes. Defence Enclave is a gated area with security. We have regular guests who visit between 11pm and 5am, particularly flight crews and business travellers with early morning or late night flights. Our reception staff are on duty around the clock.
Yes. Payment is taken after your session. We accept cash, all UPI apps, and debit/credit cards. There is no advance deposit required for individual bookings.
Arriving 10 minutes early is enough. You'll complete a brief form about any health conditions or preferences, change, and your session will start on time.
Absolutely. Many guests come from hotels in Aerocity, Mahipalpur, and along the Dwarka Expressway. We can arrange a cab back to your hotel after the session if needed.
