1. About these terms

These terms apply to everyone who uses mayrarussianspa.com or books a service with Russian Spa, Office No. 118, Defence Enclave, Adjoining Aerocity, Mahipalpur, New Delhi 110037. “We”, “us” and “our” mean Russian Spa. “You” and “guest” mean the person booking or receiving a service.

By booking a service or visiting the spa, you agree to these terms.

2. Our services

We offer professional wellness, massage and Russian Banya services for relaxation only. Our services are not medical treatment and do not replace advice from a doctor. Nothing on this website is medical advice.

Treatments, durations and prices are listed on our Services and Pricing pages. Prices may change without notice. The price confirmed to you when you book is the price you pay.

3. Bookings

• You can book by phone or WhatsApp on +91 9318320667. A booking is confirmed only when we confirm it to you.
• Walk-ins are welcome, but your preferred time and therapist depend on availability.
• Please arrive on time. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened so the next guest is not delayed, and the full price still applies.
• Guests must be 18 or older.

4. Payment

• Payment is taken after your session, not in advance. We accept UPI, debit and credit cards, and cash.
• Offers (such as the first-visit discount) must be mentioned when you book. Offers cannot be combined unless we say so, and we may change or end an offer at any time.
• Any extra service you add during your visit is charged at our listed price.

5. Cancellations and changes

• Because nothing is paid in advance, there is no cancellation fee. Please call or WhatsApp us as early as possible if you need to cancel or change your time.
• If you repeatedly book and do not arrive without telling us, we may ask for advance payment or refuse future bookings.
• We may need to cancel or move a booking if a therapist is unavailable or for reasons beyond our control. We will tell you as soon as possible and offer another time.

6. Refund policy

• No refund is given once a service has been provided, whether fully or partly. This includes sessions you end early by choice, and sessions shortened because you arrived late.
• No refund is given if a session is ended because of a breach of these terms (see “Your responsibilities” and “Conduct” below).
• If you have paid for a service that we are unable to provide, you will get a full refund to the original payment method.
• If something is not right during your session, please tell your therapist or the front desk straight away so we can fix it while you are still with us. Complaints raised after you have left cannot lead to a refund, but we still want to hear them.

7. Your responsibilities and health

You are responsible for your own health and for deciding whether a treatment is suitable for you. Before your session, please tell us if you:

• are pregnant;
• have heart problems, high or low blood pressure, diabetes or epilepsy;
• have a skin condition, open wound, infection, fever or recent surgery or injury;
• have any allergy, including to oils or essential oils.

The Russian Banya, sauna and steam bath use high heat. They may not be suitable for everyone. If you are unsure, ask your doctor before booking.

Please do not come for a treatment under the influence of alcohol or drugs. We may refuse or stop a service if we believe it is unsafe for you.

If you do not tell us about a health condition, or choose to go ahead against our advice, you accept full responsibility for any effects.

8. Conduct

We provide professional, non-sexual wellness services only. Our therapists must be treated with respect at all times.

Any inappropriate request, comment or behaviour, or any harassment of staff, will end the session immediately. The full price will still be payable, no refund will be given, and we may refuse future bookings. Where needed, we will report the matter to the police.

9. Personal belongings

Please leave valuables at home or keep them with you. We are not responsible for loss of or damage to personal belongings brought to the spa or kept in a hotel room during a hotel visit.

10. Hotel visits (outcall)

• Hotel visits are available to Aerocity hotels for a flat ₹500 on top of the treatment price, booked at least 2 hours ahead.
• The Russian Banya is a fixed installation and is available at the spa only.
• You must have the hotel’s permission for the visit. The same payment, refund and conduct terms apply.

11. Use of this website

We try to keep information on this website accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that it is always complete or correct. Photos are for illustration and may differ slightly from the actual rooms or treatments.

The text, photos, logo and design of this website belong to Russian Spa. Please do not copy them without our written permission.

How we handle your information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect loss, or for any reaction or injury caused by a health condition you did not tell us about. Our total liability for any claim about a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Indian consumer law that cannot be excluded.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of New Delhi. We will always try to resolve a problem with you directly first, so please contact us.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page on the day you book is the one that applies.
