Searches for a spa near Delhi airport are almost always about time rather than place. You have a gap — a long layover, a delayed departure, a landing at an hour when nothing is open, or a hotel check-in that is still six hours away — and the question is whether anything useful fits inside it.
Russian Spa is in Mahipalpur, just off the roads that feed into IGI Airport, and it is open 24 hours a day, every day of the year. Those two facts together are the entire proposition. A treatment at 4am is booked and run exactly as one at 4pm, at the same rates, with the same rooms and the same therapists.
What we would not do is quote you a drive time. Traffic on the airport approach and the NH-48 corridor varies enormously by hour, and a number that is wrong by fifteen minutes is worse than no number at all when you are watching a boarding time. Call us with the clock you are working against and we will tell you honestly whether it is sensible.
For shorter windows, reflexology at 45 minutes is the fastest complete treatment we run. For a genuinely long layover, the Russian Banya is what most travellers come for — a real steam-and-rinse cycle, which is a far better use of five spare hours than a terminal seat.

Treatments sized to the window
Reflexology runs 45 minutes and a Swedish massage 60. If your gap is tight, say so on the phone and we will point you at what fits rather than upselling into it.
Luggage is not a problem
You will not be turned away for arriving with a cabin bag straight from a terminal. Tell us when you call and we will have somewhere to put it.
Where we are relative to the terminals
Indira Gandhi International Airport runs three passenger terminals — Terminal 1 for much of the low-cost domestic traffic, Terminal 2, and Terminal 3 for international and full-service domestic flights. They are linked by the airport's internal road network, and Terminal 3 also has its own Airport Express Line station.
Mahipalpur sits immediately outside that system, along the NH-48 corridor and next to the Aerocity hospitality district. Getting to us means leaving the airport perimeter onto the approach road and turning into Defence Enclave — no crossing of the city, no Ring Road.
Because we are outside the terminals rather than inside them, you will pass through security again on return. That is the part travellers most often forget to budget for, and it is worth adding to whatever time you have.

Deliberately without minute counts — airport-road traffic swings too much by hour for a published number to be trustworthy.
By cab from any terminal
Leave via the airport approach road onto NH-48 and turn into Defence Enclave, Mahipalpur. Give the driver 'Office 118, Defence Enclave' rather than a Mahipalpur pin.
By Airport Express
The line runs from Terminal 3 towards New Delhi via Delhi Aerocity and Dhaula Kuan. Aerocity is the closest station to us, with a short cab ride to finish.
