The facts, before anything else
A Russian Spa Adjoining Aerocity
Aerocity is a hospitality district rather than a residential one, so a search for a spa near Aerocity is almost always made by someone already staying there — checked into the JW Marriott, Pullman, Roseate, Le Meridien, ibis or Aloft, with an evening free or a long day behind them.
Russian Spa is not inside Aerocity and does not claim to be. We are directly next to it, in Defence Enclave, Mahipalpur — the registered address reads 'adjoining Aerocity' because that is literally the geography. From most of the hotel cluster it is a short hop across, which is why Aerocity guests make up our steadiest walk-in traffic.
Two things usually decide it in our favour over a hotel's in-house spa. The first is the Russian Banya, which no Aerocity hotel runs — a properly built steam room with birch venik work and a cool rinse cycle, staffed by a Russian-tradition team. The second is that we do not close, so a session after a late landing or a late dinner is unremarkable rather than a favour.
If you would rather not leave your room at all, in-room outcall is available to Aerocity hotels for a flat ₹500 over the treatment price. The Banya is the one thing that cannot travel — it is a fixed installation, so that stays on-site.

There is no Banya in Aerocity
Hotel spas in the district run massage menus and steam cabinets. The Banya cycle — sustained heat, venik work, cold rinse — is a different thing entirely, and ours is the nearest one to the hotels.
What suits a hotel stay
Bookings from Aerocity skew towards two extremes: the full Banya experience people came to Delhi wanting to try, or something short that fits between commitments.

Russian Banya (Classic)
The single most-requested treatment from hotel guests, precisely because it is not available inside the district. Ninety minutes, on-site only.

Deep Tissue
Booked by guests who have been in meetings all day or arrived off a long-haul flight and want firm, sustained work rather than a gentle session.

Swedish Massage
The straightforward option for in-room outcall — it needs nothing that cannot be brought to a hotel room.

Couples Banya
Chosen by couples staying in the district for an occasion; the private Banya for two is worth booking a few hours ahead.

Why Aerocity guests cross over instead of using the hotel spa
There is no Banya in Aerocity
Hotel spas in the district run massage menus and steam cabinets. The Banya cycle — sustained heat, venik work, cold rinse — is a different thing entirely, and ours is the nearest one to the hotels.
The clock is genuinely irrelevant
Hotel spas keep operating hours. We do not close, which matters when a flight lands at 1am or a dinner meeting finishes late and the alternative is skipping it.
Or we come to your room
Outcall to Aerocity hotel rooms costs a flat ₹500 on top of the base treatment price, booked at least two hours ahead so the therapist's travel can be scheduled.
How Aerocity sits relative to us
Aerocity — formally Delhi Aerocity — was built as the airport's hospitality district, a dense cluster of international hotels, offices and the Worldmark complex, wrapped around its own Airport Express Line station between Dhaula Kuan and IGI Airport Terminal 3.
Mahipalpur runs alongside it on the NH-48 side. The two are neighbours separated by the highway corridor rather than by distance, which is why the address is written the way it is. Guests arriving by cab from a hotel forecourt are making a very short trip; several walk it.
The practical consequence is that Aerocity's transient population — business travellers between meetings, crew on layover, guests with an evening before an early flight — treats us as the district's after-hours option rather than as a separate excursion.
No hidden charges. Ever.
Around the hospitality district
Places that sit within the same airport-side pocket of South West Delhi.
Mahipalpur
Our own address, immediately across the NH-48 corridor from the hotel cluster.
IGI Airport Terminal 3
One stop along the Airport Express from Aerocity's own station.
Worldmark Aerocity
The office and dining complex at the centre of the district — a common starting point for guests walking over.
Dhaula Kuan
The next Airport Express stop towards the city, and the road junction most Aerocity traffic passes through.
Vasant Kunj
The nearest large residential area on this side of the highway.
Gurgaon
Straight down NH-48 in the other direction; a frequent second stop for business guests.
Getting across from Aerocity
Short enough that the routing matters more than the distance — ask for the address, not the locality.
From a hotel forecourt
Any hotel desk or cab will recognise 'Office 118, Defence Enclave, Mahipalpur'. Avoid a generic Mahipalpur pin, which drops on the highway rather than in Defence Enclave.
From Delhi Aerocity metro
The Airport Express station sits in the middle of the district; the remaining stretch to Defence Enclave is a short cab ride.
Hotel outcall instead
If you would rather stay in your room, book at least two hours ahead. Flat ₹500 over the base treatment price. Banya excluded — it cannot leave the premises.
Parking
On-site parking is available if you are driving yourself rather than using the hotel's car.
