The facts, before anything else
Noida to Mahipalpur Is a Whole-NCR Crossing
Noida sits in Uttar Pradesh on the eastern side of the National Capital Region, across the Yamuna from Delhi proper. Russian Spa is in Mahipalpur, on the far south-western edge of the city near the airport. Between them is the entire width of the NCR, and there is no version of this journey that is short.
That does not make it pointless — it makes it something to plan rather than improvise. The version that works is attaching it to a trip you were already making: a flight out of IGI, a meeting in Aerocity or Gurgaon, or a drive that was taking you across the city anyway. Mahipalpur is on the approach to the airport, so a session before a flight costs you a stop rather than a journey.
The version that does not work is driving across the NCR on a weekday evening for a sixty-minute massage. Noida has plenty of massage centres and Sector 18 and the surrounding sectors are well supplied. The Banya is the one thing that genuinely does not exist on that side, and it is the only reason we would suggest making the trip at all.

Two hours with extended heat cycles and a proper rest afterwards, at ₹5,500. The best ratio of session to travel on the menu.

Ninety minutes at ₹3,500 — the shorter version, and a reasonable first try before committing to the Premium.

₹9,500 for a private Banya for two. If two of you are making the crossing, this makes one journey serve both.

Ninety minutes at ₹3,800, worth adding if you are already here and the Banya alone does not cover what you came for.

How to make this journey sensible
Attach it to a flight
Mahipalpur sits on the approach to IGI Airport. If you are flying out, a session beforehand is a stop on the route rather than a separate trip across the NCR.
Book the long format
If you are travelling this far, the 120-minute Premium Banya is a far better ratio of session to travel than a one-hour massage.
Or do not come at all
For a standard massage, Noida is well supplied and this is not a sensible drive. We would rather tell you that than sell you a journey.
Noida, the river, and the width of the NCR
Noida is a planned city in Uttar Pradesh, laid out in numbered sectors, with a substantial corporate and IT presence and its own metro coverage via the Blue Line and the Aqua Line into Greater Noida.
Delhi's south-western edge, where we are, is on the opposite side of the region. The road route crosses the Yamuna and then runs the width of Delhi, generally via the Ring Road or the outer corridors towards Dhaula Kuan and the NH-48.
There is no direct rail connection. The Blue Line runs into Delhi and connects towards New Delhi station, where the Airport Express begins — that reaches Delhi Aerocity beside us, but with a change and a long ride either side.

By road
Across the Yamuna and west through Delhi via the Ring Road towards Dhaula Kuan, then the NH-48 corridor into Mahipalpur.
Paired with a flight
The same route continues to IGI Airport. Mahipalpur is before the terminals, so a session slots in without backtracking.
By metro
Blue Line into Delhi, change for New Delhi station, then the Airport Express to Delhi Aerocity and a cab. It works, but allow a lot of time.
