What we run is a Russian Banya alongside a full massage menu — Swedish, deep tissue, Thai, aromatherapy, hot stone, reflexology, and a couples room. The Banya is a fixed installation with a proper steam-and-rinse cycle and birch venik work, which is the part guests travel across the city for. Our therapists are trained in the Banya ritual itself and certified across the massage modalities listed above.
Being open 24 hours is not a marketing line either. Mahipalpur runs on airport and hotel time, so a 3am session is booked as normally as a 3pm one, at the same rates and with the same rooms.

Ten years at one address

Mahipalpur, and why a spa ended up here
Mahipalpur sits in South West Delhi directly on NH-48, the highway that runs from central Delhi down towards Gurgaon. That single road, plus a shared boundary with Aerocity and the airport's own approach roads, gives the neighbourhood an unusual amount of through-traffic for its size.
The result is a mixed population that most Delhi localities do not have: long-term residents of Mahipalpur and Mahipalpur Extension, hotel guests staying next door in Aerocity, corporate visitors in for meetings, and airline crew whose schedules do not follow office hours. Defence Enclave itself sits back from the busiest commercial frontage, which is what makes it workable as a spa address rather than a shopfront one.
For residents, the practical upshot is that the closest genuinely full-service spa — with a real Banya, not a steam cabinet — is inside your own neighbourhood rather than a drive into South or Central Delhi.
