Private Room
Every session takes place in a private, individually sanitised room. Linens changed after each client. No shared spaces during your treatment.
Shower Facility
Private shower available before and after your session. Towels, locker, and changing area included. No extras to pay.
Premium Products
Quality massage oils, essential oil blends, or Banya infusions used in every session. Not charged separately — they're part of the rate.
Relaxation Lounge
Post-treatment lounge access with herbal tea. Spend as long as you need before heading out. No rush charge after your session ends.
Why our prices are what they are.
We list one number per treatment, and that number is the final bill. No service charge is added at the counter, no "convenience fee" appears on a card payment, and no mandatory tip is folded into the total. If a price changes for any reason — an extension, a hotel outcall, a different duration — we tell you the new number before you agree to it, not after.
The Indian and Russian therapist categories are priced differently for one honest reason: training. Our Russian-trained therapists have completed additional Banya certification and European massage technique training, which takes longer and costs more to maintain than a single specialisation. Our Indian therapists are equally trained professionals, specialised in techniques like Swedish, Thai, deep tissue, and reflexology — see the full breakdown on our services page. Neither group is "better" than the other; they're trained for different things, and the rate reflects that difference honestly rather than treating one as an upsell over the other.
We also keep pricing flat across time. A 3am session costs the same as a 3pm one, and Diwali costs the same as any Tuesday, because we're staffed and open 24/7 anyway — see our hours and directions for how that works in practice. Predictability matters more to us than squeezing a peak-time premium out of guests who happen to walk in at an inconvenient hour for other spas.
Finally, we don't ask for money before you've received your treatment. Most bookings — walk-in or by phone — need no deposit, which is deliberate: it means the price you see is a genuine estimate of value, not a number we can lock you into before you've experienced the session.
Why quality matters more than the cheapest quote.

Trained vs. untrained hands
A qualified massage therapist has spent months learning anatomy, pressure control, and how to read a client's tolerance safely. Some very cheap operators use staff with little or no formal training, which raises real risk of injury rather than relief.
Linens & hygiene standards
Fresh towels and sheets for every single client cost money and take staff time to manage properly. Operations that cut corners on price sometimes cut corners here too — reusing linens between clients to save on laundering costs.
Licensing & accountability
A properly registered business has a fixed address, a listed phone number, and a real reputation to protect. Unlicensed or informal setups that appear and disappear are harder to hold accountable if something goes wrong.
Product quality
The oils and infusions used in a session affect both comfort and skin safety. Diluted, expired, or unsuitable products are a common way operators shave cost off a rock-bottom price without customers ever knowing.

The core of our pricing — a single therapist, a private room, one treatment at a time. Every massage and Banya session on our services page is priced individually with no bundling required. Most first-time guests start here, often with the Swedish Massage or the Russian Banya Classic, before deciding whether a package makes sense for future visits.

We run two versions: the Couples Package (₹7,500, 120 min, Indian therapists, includes a Banya session) and the Couples Banya (₹9,500, 120 min, Russian therapists, an extended steam-and-massage format). We don't run a paid, tiered membership programme with monthly fees. The closest equivalent — and the one we actually recommend — is the Monthly Regular offer: book 4 sessions within 60 days and pay for only 3. It gives regular clients a real saving without locking anyone into a subscription or upfront membership cost.

Cancellation Policy
Walk-in visits and most individual bookings require no deposit, so there's nothing to lose if your plans change — simply don't come, or call to reschedule. For phone-confirmed group or Couples bookings, please cancel or reschedule at least 2 hours ahead so we can release the room and therapist for other guests waiting.
Refund Policy
Because payment is collected after your session rather than in advance, refund situations are rare. If something about your visit wasn't right, call or WhatsApp us directly and describe what happened — we handle every case individually and aim to resolve it fairly and promptly, not through a generic policy line.
Booking Policy
Walk-ins are welcome 24 hours a day — if a room is free, your session can start within about 15 minutes of arrival. For a specific therapist, a Couples session, hotel outcall, or a group of 4+, calling or WhatsApping ahead helps us prepare so you aren't waiting when you arrive.
Payment Methods
Cash, all major UPI apps (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), and debit/credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay) are accepted. Payment is taken after your treatment is complete, not before. Splitting a bill across cash and UPI, or cash and card, is fine — just tell the front desk before you pay.
